I’m Bianca, probably better known as strobobibi, and I’ve been working in the music industry for over twelve years now.

In 2017, I realised that my passion lies in stage and lighting design, and I’ve been touring with bands and artists ever since. I love the creative side of it and the opportunity to invent a completely new space through sculptures, light and shadow.

My aim is to really understand the artist and the project itself so that I can create a design that truly conveys the artist’s intentions and brings them to life.
I think the biggest challenge for a concert is ensuring it is perceived as a single, cohesive concept. It shouldn’t feel generic; it should be interesting and captivating from the moment you hear the first note. For me, a concert is successful when the visual presentation truly expresses what the artist embodies, both as a person and through their music. Every tiny element should serve a purpose, but from a broader perspective, you should simply get the sense that everything is balanced and in harmony, experiencing all the emotions at just the right moment without even realising it.
That is why I want to see the bigger picture, taking in all the visual aspects of a show as a whole. In my best-case scenario, I can provide the artist with the full package: this means not only creating a stage and lighting concept, but also the show design and creative direction. This way I can ensure the vision is carried through to the very end.
